Encoding Motorcycle Franchise and Printing, Encoding Drivers Details in Excel (Dolores Capas, O’Donnell Capas)
Today is the first day of my week 4 OJT, and the first thing I need to do is to encode and print Motorcycle Franchise from part of Dolores Capas and last part for this day to encode is the part of O’Donnell Capas. Second thing to do is encode the motorcycle and drivers details in Microsoft Excel for the office to have their soft copy record and be easy for them to find the old franchise through searching it in Excel.
SECOND DAY (WEEK 4)
February 11, 2020 (TUESDAY)
Encoding Motorcycle Franchise and Printing (Cristorey Capas, Sto. Domingo II Capas)
Today is the second day of my week 4 OJT, and the first thing I need to do is to encode and print Motorcycle Franchise from part of Cristorey Capas and last part for this day to encode is the part of Sto. Domingo II Capas. Second thing to do is to remove the picture from the old franchise and check if would be okay to fix the picture to the new franchise before it will be laminated. If the picture is not good to fix to the new franchise you need to write the INVALID PICTURE to the picture slot in the franchise card.

Today is the third day of my week 4 OJT, and the first thing I need to do is to encode and print Motorcycle Franchise from part of Sta. Lucia Capas and last part for this day to encode is the part of Talaga Capas. Second thing to do is to remove the picture from the old franchise and check if would be okay to fix the picture to the new franchise before it will be laminated. If the picture is not good to fix to the new franchise you need to write the INVALID PICTURE to the picture slot in the franchise card.
